Explanation of present simple

Present simple is used in simple habits and customs.To use present simple we use the frequency adverbs.
This is the frequency adverbs: always, usually, often, sometimes and never. 
For exemple: He usually plays basketball.
                       I always go to the cinema.
                       We sometimes go to fast-food restaurant.
                       I never go with them.
